  1. Yeah, questions in the title. I know parts with be updated and texture, but I remember Breaking Grounds needing a new save to add the surface features. Will the same be true with comets, or will they just exist?
  2. Hey. Just got BDA for my game through CursedForge (the one the game menu take you too) and love it, but I'm having an issue. Everything seems to work except the guns. The bullets just fly straight through with no damage, even at point blank. Also, I had seen somewhere the BDA had an engine, but never got it. Have the other needed mods, but it just isn't working correctly. Edit: Never mind. Figured it out.
  3. I just got the breaking ground DLC and was excited to give it a try. First thing I made was a simple prop plane, and couldn't wait to try it out. Only I found that no matter what I tried the engine wouldn't turn the prop. I then figured maybe I needed the control editor... only to discover it was as straight forwards as Lombard Street. Could Squad really not take a little time to add an in-game tutorial. I know I can Google the stuff, but it's just kinda annoying to be so ready to try out the new stuff, then realize I can't because it's so different to anything else in the game.
  4. So, I just got to try 1.4 and had some issues. My FPS dropped insanely low (my laptop can handle Fallout 4 on ultra) and I couldn’t get the part variations to show. Anyone else have this problem?
  5. Ok. To test ore scanners I built one and put it into Kerbin polar orbit, but how in the world am I suppose to read the thing? All the continents just light up.
  6. Thanks for the tips guys. I'll should be able to make it now.
  7. Ok. The one time I got an interplanetary mission, I could only manage a distant flyby (burnt all m fuel trying to slow down). Any tips on how to reach a planet and how to slow down once I'm there?
  8. Nice.I haven't seen much of the show but I don't see why it got canned.
  9. Hello Kerbalnauts.I thought I'd be fun to have some challenges for KSP's demo.So here are the challenges and there rules. Rule #1 It has to be the Demo. Rule #2 No mods. Rule #3 You have to have screenshots of the craft and there stats. Orbiter Challenge: Easy.Right?Maybe not so easy?Orbital hight gets you gets you lets say +20 points to every 100 meters.+20 points of a single stage orbiter,+10 point for returning to Kerbin, and -5 points for every part used. You have to have your orbital hight and part count in the pics. Mun Landing: A classic challenge. This has two different path to point though. You get 200 point for landing,+ 50 point for returning,-5 point for everything that breaks off your lander, and -5 point for every stage. Here's where it gets fun,if your going for smallest lander, every part is -2 points, but if your going for largest lander, you get +2 point for every part. Space Station: The bigger the station the better your score. You start with 100 point then get 2 for every part that's on it. Hope y'all like the challenge and can't wait to see what y'all can do.
  10. Ok.So at 10km hit "D" to do a gravity turn.Got it.Thank y'all for a the help!
