  1. Yes, once it's out of the atmosphere I kill everything except for the 4 at the back, it does ok in orbit. My concern is bobbing\pitching in the atmosphere, especially at altitudes below 20K.
  2. I'm using B9, FAR, Karbonite mods. My problem is that my designs don't pitch smoothly, when trying to pull up the aircraft swings wildly and the prograde indicator jerks up and down, when I get close to the planes upper ceiling using using airbreathing engines its tough to keep it angled up (this design uses Sabre S, but I have the same problem with all of my designs). I have this issue using both normal and precise (caps lock) mode. I can use trim (alt+s) but it feels like I am constantly fighting to keep it pointed up. Also continues to be a problem if I have tanks full or running empty. Any answers to this issue or threads that answer this? I've tried searching the forums but i'm not sure if there is a more common name for this issue.
  3. Hi. Started playing in the waning days of 23.5, been having a blast.
  4. How does the game calculate thrust? Is it based on the end of the nozzle or end of the flame? If an asteroid is attached using a grabbing unit can that block it? If so, is it because the thrust is "bouncing" off the rock or because the game is trying to calculate the acceleration inside of the asteroid? I have a ship with 16 LV-Ns grabbed onto a B-size asteroid; running at full power there was zero velocity change. The engine nozzles themselves were clear of the rock (not touching\clipping into the rock, but the asteroid diameter is greater than the diameter of the ship), however the ends of the cones was clipping inside the asteroid. If i set to 3x-4x physical time compression I start to see thrust, also am generating dV with the maneuvering thrusters. Unfortunately at 3x-4x physical compression my ship starts to rip itself apart .
