  1. I'm glad to see it will live on, thank you for taking it over.
  2. Fixing the attachment nodes has been on my to do list for a while. If I get enough free time to sit down and really look into it I would love to update it. I really don't know, I'm in the middle of separating from the military and getting a civilian job while going back to school so I don't have a lot of free time anymore. If I get a chance to look at the new version I will certainly try to update the mod. I have a few more designs for antennas that I'd like to make, but like I said above I just don't have much free time anymore.
  3. I will edit my config files tonight and upload a new version of Antennas that replaces FOR with NEEDS. Thank you @DuoDex for pinging me on this, like I said in my mod thread this is the first mod I've made so it's still a learning process, sorry for breaking Antenna Range in the process. Edit: And done, look for version 1.4, it should show up on CKAN before too long.
  4. Thanks! I had them as multiple MM patches per part mostly for my sanity, but also because I envisioned people deleting patches if they didn't want that antenna to perform a task. I'll definitely consider consolidating them for when ever I update the mod again. I also have to admit I never really considered texture size before. I'll make sure to address that next patch.
  5. I've uploaded my mod to Curse since KerbalStuff has shut down. I don't know about CKAN I'll try to figure it out. Additionally I fixed the error for the Scimitar in the AntennaRange config. I haven't added any new content and probably won't for a while, I've started back in school and have a full time job so time is limited. But when I get a break I will try to get some more new antennas out, and maybe finally figure out how to animate them so they're more interesting.
  6. Thank you for noticing that. I don't play with Antenna Range so it's not something I picked up. I've updated it in the new version that is now on Curse.
  7. Glad you're enjoying them. Have you seen the new wrap around antenna in the new release? It might be perfect for Mk1 SSTOs, and I plan to make more like them. The only problem is my mod hasn't shown up as updated in ckan even though it's been updated on kerbalstuff for a week or so.

  9. I'm glad you're enjoying them. In the update I just pushed I've included patches for Antenna Range including for the 2 new antennas. I don't use AR so if you have any problems let me know.
  10. You mind letting me know what the issue with the .cfg files are? I'm getting ready to release my next update and I am including Antenna Range configs. I don't use Antenna Range so i'm not sure what issues it has. Thanks.
  11. Not the OP but those changes are easy to make. Go into the parts cfg file and add this line PhysicsSignificance = 1 That will make the lights physicsless, although remember in post 1.0.1 KSP Physicless doesn't mean the same thing as it use too. The parts now have mass and drag, but they add it to the parent part. So if you have an asymmetric layout it won't it won't cause the vessel to pull to that side. To convert the textures to dds just download this tool and feed it the original textures. I used that tool to make my mod and it works perfectly, as long as you don't change the name you shouldn't have to do anything else for the mod to use dds.
  12. The helical and the yagi are both directional antennas in real life so I made them directional in the game. The reason they're labeled as dishes is because remote tech only categorizes antennas as omni or dish. I'll look at the removing if the DataTransmitter module, thanks. - - - Updated - - - Thanks!   13. Good catch, not sure how I missed that. I'll fix it and upload a new version when I get a chance. However it shouldn't effect the functionality of the Telemachus parts. Edit: the new version is up.
  14. Thanks, your mod is why I decided to make these antennas. Thank you Thanks, I appreciate it. I don't know, like I said this is my first mod. How many vertex should there be? I made them as simple as i could and still get decent looks.
