Sweet! Is there anyway to fine-tune the values to between 0 and 1?

Hi everyone! I've recently started playing Kerbal Space Program again after about a year, and playing on a new laptop with 4K (3840x2160), Kerbal Engineer Redux seems to be pretty small. The in-game UI is manageable, and I figured out how to change its size by changing the "UI_SCALE". Here is what it looks like: Scaling down to 1920x1080 doesn't seem to do anything. Anybody else have any similar issues? Perhaps a settings file I can update or another addon? Thanks, Endosym
