  1. Oh, do they? I didn't notice a thread about it. Well, that's too bad, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. -Andy
  2. I'm loving the new UI, and the performance increases are great too. (Much appreciated when docking with overly complex space stations!) However, the self-shadowing on the space-ships is flickering like crazy. It's driving me mad. Looking at it closely it seems like parts of the shadows are coming apart at the edges of meshes and sliding around randomly (bad UVs?). I've tried all the different "Shadow Cascades" settings with no results. (As a possibly related hint : Building shadows on the ground seem to disappear in space-center mode if I zoom in on them. Like they're clipping out too soon.) Is anyone else seeing this? Has anyone discovered a fix? It would make me sad, but as a temporary solution, I'd be interested in a way to turn off shadows entirely. I've got a "Geforce GTX 760", driver version 361.43 Thanks! -Andy
  3. I think I must have missed some obvious step when installing this mod. The cameras all work as cameras, but there are no display filters. And I get a LOT of this error in my KSP.log : [EXC 02:00:02.575] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object HullcamVDS.CameraFilter.RenderTitlePage (Boolean title, UnityEngine.Texture2D titleTex) HullcamVDS.MovieTimeFilter.OnRenderImage (UnityEngine.RenderTexture source, UnityEngine.RenderTexture target) Any suggestions? Thanks!
  4. Yes! I assume it's a gimble-lock problem, but I suppose it could be some other similar limitation. I guess I just never let it bother me before, for some reason it was really frustrating me yesterday. It seems so weird though. Is it intentional? This kind of camera problem is a common newbie mistake, but there's no way in heck the KSP team could be even remotely considered newbies to 3d math! Huh, I'll give this a try. Thanks.
  5. Has mouse camera control changed recently? Because recently I've been noticing gimbal locks a lot when trying to mouse the camera around a space-craft in flight. It can be pretty frustrating if it happens at a critical moment. (Especially as I feel like controlling a 3d camera centered around a point is a solved problem in computer graphics.) Is this new, or was it always like this and I just didn't notice?
