  1. Can you try this? Uncheck/disable the 'Tidy up debris cluttering KSC' setting. https://imgur.com/Yvry3sq
  2. Hi! We see our craft with lights save their colors when loaded. Is the craft you are using new? Could you share the craft file? Could you try loading this one? Police Rover.craft
  3. Whatever your Kerbals have in their inventory will persist through recoveries. Default equipment is jetpack and parachute, let's say you replace those with a battery and a barometer, If you don't place or remove those two parts from their inventory, when you recover them they will have those in their inventories, if you remove the parts and recover them, they will appear with an empty inventory. If you leave that option unchecked, they will always get their default equipment ( jetpack and parachute) back when recovered.
  4. Your props are hitting the ground once you increase torque/RPMs, try moving them to the center of the rotor or moving the rotor up
  5. Can you try something like this? How are you attaching one Elevon to another? That may be the issue. Maybe try wing connectors or the FAT-455.
  6. I would like a few more details if you remember them. What were you doing when it happened? Was it a brand new game or one with some progress? Was it sandbox, career o science? I have both versions available to test them and I'm not able to reproduce it.
  7. Ok, I found the issue you talk about in the other thread. Does it happen on XB1 only or is it reproducible on PS4 as well? Also, what controller preset are you using? In the Cursor preset the PAW opens with B on XB1 and with Circle on PS4 In the Radial preset the PAW opens with X on XB1 and with Square on PS4 In the Simplified preset the PAW opens with B on XB1 and with Circle on PS4
  8. Could you share your mission to check it out and give me the exact point where it happened??
  9. Hi tomf! A dirty checkpoint is one that has become invalid because the mission designer has changed something in the mission. Say they save a checkpoint for Jeb on EVA, and then go back and edit the kerbal to be Valentina. That checkpoint is now considered dirty. All checkpoints created after that one will also become invalid since, let's put it this way, they are pointing at something that is not happening in the future of the mission.
  10. Hi Hurzelgnurk! So you built your saturn in sandbox and then moved the craft file to your mission?
  11. that shouldn't be possible! We just tested it and it indeed breaks your save file, the 'delete' button should be disabled when you select your persistent save. Nice find!
  12. Could you tell me what platform are you all playing on? Cheers!
  13. Hi OrganizedChaos, We seem to have confirmed this issue now since a few people have reported it and the devs are working on it. However, there seems to be a simple workaround to avoid the state of the game reverting. Simply accept the contract and wait for a few seconds (20-30 seconds) and then go back to the KSC. The contracts should be there. If the contracts are there and the tourists disappear, could you try the same workaround? Cheers!
  14. Hi bordakius, Do you have any other details that could have caused this issue? I was notified of the issue earlier today and I tried to replicate it with 4 vessels orbiting around Kerbin, but all I get is a normal switch to the vessel I selected. Are you using stock vessels or custom ones? Are they all the same vessel or different ones? Are you using or did you use any cheats at any point in that game? Could you create a new game an see if it happens? Thanks!
  15. The Support forum is a place where users can help one another solve problems they are having with Kerbal Space Program. The first step will always be to check if your problem is already in the Known Issues Thread. If a workaround is known it will be posted there, and if there is no work-around rest assured we will work to release a patch as soon as possible. If your issue is not yet known we ask you to post a new thread to ask other users for help. To do that effectively you should start out your help request by posting a new thread with the most information possible about your issue, and the system you're running the game on. Making an effort to title your thread descriptively and provide as much information as possible will help the community assist you better, and it will help the devs identify and fix the problem as soon as possible. Which information should your support request have? The console you're running the game on, for example PlayStation 4 or XBox One The control preset you are using to play the game A detailed explanation of what happened with reproduction steps and what you were trying to accomplish If possible, a screenshot or a video of the issue or any other relevant screens Any steps you've taken to try and solve the issue already
