  1. Speaking from experience. My PSN account was banned for demanding a refund of a broken/buggy game. I had proof. Oh I got my money back, an apology and a day later a ban too. They are a very understanding and compassionate company. So please think twice before taking on PlayStation over a $40 refund. Its against the terms you agree to. I don't want to see this happen to others.
  2. Big thanks to the community and on the forums for finding work arounds and information on bugs. I would have deleted the game a month ago if it wasn't for you guys. But I want to build bigger a more complex things so I'm slowly losing interest. I'll think of this as a learning experience for my future gaming purchases.
  3. Try advancing time by a day or two and save. Or return to space center this usually creates a persistent save there. Also delete your old saves, the game save file cannot handle many saves. Delete your saved ships in the vab and sph. Like above delete your old saves files. In space center delete all debris, unused rockets/satellites, and other unused stuff. Disable stock assemblies. Also keep your ship parts low as possible. There is a post on here somewhere talking about keeping the save file small, this will explain it in more detail. It helps avoid that dreaded data corruption. Im following the steps above. Currently I'm running a mining station on minmus. No problems for two weeks. One refueling station at a 10k orbit, a mining/processing rover and a Lander to bring the fuel to the station and back. There is one mission to Duna. That's it. Deleting everything else. Hopefully that helps.
  4. Copy is L1 or R1 + X while highlighting the part or root of the assembly. Undo last is L1 or R1 + left on the D Pad.
  5. Just restarted from my persistent save. No glitch/bug. I did the same steps listed below. The time it did happen in the video above. I flew to Duna's soi, detatched my Lander probe from my satellite. Went to space center. Went back to flying my probe. Made a Duna orbit with it. My periapis was at 20k into Duna. My best guess it started glitching around 15k above Duna. Also the game was lagging very bad at this point you can see my cursor dragging slow in the video.
  6. It's dark but it's a .06t 10 Part probe Lander. Video:
  7. Ps4 500gb, EVA Tested in flight: kerban, orbiting mun, mimnus, Duna, and eve. Also landed on: Kerban, mun, mimnus, and Duna. Eva user interface bug: while performing an Eva holding onto a ladder (any type) collecting data from a science Jr or mystery goo you will receive the window message "this will render the module inoperable" (or something like that) if you hit "x" on your controller to confirm yes or no you will let go of the ladder. Easy work around: when prompted to select yes or no. Activate your cursor and select yes or no with that instead. You will still gather your data and not let go of the ladder. I'm not 100% sure it's a bug, but it was confusing to me.
  8. A few things that I learned that may be helpful. I'm playing on console as well and it took many tries. This works well for me, but I'm no pro. I'm able to dock every attempt now. (Some are not so graceful) Once you do it it gets easier every time. - Get about 5k away from your target and retrograde until your target speed is at 0m/s - Burn on the target node until the prograde market is inside the target node. Adjust to keep them lined up as you travel closer. I usually travel between 10-40m/s. - At 1k away burn retro again to 0m/s. - Line target with prograde again 1-5m/s. - I use my rockets until I'm about 25 meters away. Full stop again. Set target to the docking port. Line up on target. Then turn on RCS. - In linear docking reverse and forward RCS while lined up on target node to control your speed. Use rotational to keep keep yourself lined up. Keep a slow approach. You can also adjust left, right, up and down in linear. Keep and eye on your speed and lining up your nav ball on target with prograde inside it. If it get out of control just slow to 0m/s. Line up with staging mode RCS and off. And start Docking mode again. - Once you feel the magnetic pull of the docking ports turn off RCS and SAS. - Oh and trust the NAV ball! All the information you need is there. The only time I look at my ship is to see the angle of my ship in relation to the docking port. Good luck!
  9. Yes sir. Go in to dockIng mode linear. Turn on RCS. Push left stick forward for forward momentum. Pull back for reverse momentum.
  10. PS4 500gb (312gb free space). Connected to internet. Signed out of PSN. Career mode easy. About 2 hours into the game session. No quicksaves only persistent saves. Landed on Mun in the Midlands with Jeb. Collected 14 experiments, mostly from my voyage to mun, to put in my command pod. After that I went to the surface about 2k away from my craft to plant my flag. Once I planted it I was not prompted to name the flag I could only read the empty flag. "Autosave" appeared. My resources tab went blank. I couldn't move Jeb. I couldn't access any menus after pressing options. I could take down the flag. I forced closed the game and restarted. It rolled me back to my escape trajectory out of Kerban to the Mun. There was an autosave when I was in Muns SOI that did not load. So I was rolled back 3 autosaves. PS loving the game anyway. With a few tweaks it will be a game I'll be playing for a long time. Possible fix: Tested and it happened again. When this happens accelerate time to max. I waited one mun day. After that I still unable to move, however I was able to "quicksave". Close the game. Restart the game. Load quicksave. I regained all movement, UI, and menus.
