  1. I think it'd be awesome if someone revived this mod. Its by far my favourite mod, and I prefer to play this to the normal game any day. And if the mod isnt dead, it'd be awesome if the creator of it updated it.
  2. It doesn't say it anywhere, i'm just a bit annoyed that you have to make an SSTO if you're not using mods. But i have a solution to my problem with me making the video with a vessel thats technically against the rules, so it should be fine now. Also I've realized why you don't want to have a stock craft scoreboard, because it would kinda ruin the idea of the challenge. Expect me to post a rocket that has the modded parts and is entirely automated
  3. I WILL complain about it further, because i just did the challenge with stock, made a cool rocket, recorded it, edited the video, and now i can't post it because it won't count. I put a lot of effort into this rocket, and you din't even put a warning that you can't do it with stock, and its not obvious that you can't. Also, if that's true, then how is there a ''first person to do it stock", if no mods (aside from pure visual mods) are allowed aside from the required one?
  4. When i try to do an infiltration mission it simply doesn't work... I know other people have had the same problem but there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. My ship is 4 tons, my kerbal is currently sitting in the enemy station and nothing is happening Is there any way to fix this? i want to do the contract properly (not cheating, even if its fair). Nevermind, it turn out i was at the wrong station.
  5. I once also got a triple encounter with the Mun, and just today i did a double with Laythe. I defenitely think that this isn't a challenge, its not even that hard considering how often you accidentally do it.
  6. Do you have any delta-v readings? I'm curious how much delta-v it should have.
  7. OK. I guess i will try deleting and reinstalling my Squad folder and removing most of my mods.
  8. Its a problem with it not going to the closed cycle mode, not the other way round. I've added it. Please just check if its the craft or my game (of course, as u said.)
  9. Yea, i use several mods. But whats wrong is the way it now does the modes. Instead of using the toggle mode button, which now does nothing, instead it works on multiple engines. I'll upload a picture soon.
  10. I didn't give myself a rule, but by the time i signed up (very recently) i had landed on Ike in career mode.
  11. Yes i do. The picture shows the ship, and i didn't remove any oxidizer from it. Alsoi have it saved and i checked. By the way - it can work even without the switched mode, but it still can't switch mode and that's a big problem (obviously.) Also, just wondering - what are some of the worse things? i don't think you can get much worse than forgetting oxidizer.

Prefixes: RM - Manned Rocket (or, as the name suggests, "Rocket Manned") PB - Probe SP - Spaceplane JT - Aircraft (that doesn't go to space, including VTOLs) HL - Heavy lifter Followed by: The number of ships there are of this type thus far. Then, a random name that a) fits with the vessel and b) sounds good. Eg. SP-II "Panther"
  13. So, I decided to finally try to make a spaceplane SSTO. It's all going well, until i got to the altitude where i need to switch mode. My engines didn't change mode, so i used the action group i set to change their mode. Didn't work. Ok. I tried manually changing their mode. Still didn't work. I've tried everything, and the Rapiers won't change mode. I've restarted the game (as well as my computer), i've done everything i can think of and it just won't work. can someone please tell me why this is happening? I think it may be because of some modifications i did to the squad folder in order to attempt to make a mod, but i still don't think it should of made the difference that it did.
  14. Never mind, restarted the game and it worked. Still could be something to keep in mind.
  15. It seems that whenever i try to start a new Kerbal Kommander the game crashes. I don't think its my pc, as its above average. I think that i might be missing a required mod (if there are any) but not sure.
