I can't help with bug fixing but I can move your question to the sub where someone else might. Good luck. And welcome to the forum.
(I've also placed your log excerpt in spoiler tags for the sake of space.)

Is this distinct from the other thread for this kind of game?
-
Howdy.
-
I've not had this happen.

It looks reasonable to me. By being slightly under the COM it will provide a bit of nose-up torque. This can be useful as long as the over-all mass distribution is slightly nose-down for stability.

Eh, what?

The charriot is almost the worst idea of using horses in the battle.
It's important to remember that ancient horses were somewhat smaller than modern ones. (They have been bred for larger size in the centuries since.) Not only was it difficult to stay on a horse before the stirrup was invented but the horses of the time would have difficult carrying the weight of a man, especially if he was wearing armor. So they yoked a couple of their smaller horses to a chariot as a way to increase battlefield mobility without riding the horses directly.

Also, some personal comments removed.

You can likely do a small burn now which will put you on a re-entry trajectory, activate parachutes now, separate the capsule, and wait for the rest to take care of itself.

Please avoid making things personal.

Why are more and more movie roles going to fewer and fewer people? Chris Pine is in the Star Trek movies and the Wonder Woman movies. Zoe Saldana is in the Trek movies and the Guardians of the Galaxy movies. Chris Pratt is in the Guardians movies and the Jurassic Park movies. Ian McKellan is in the X-men movies and the Tolkien movies. Andy Serkis is in everything. Henry Cavill is in the DC movies and was in The Witcher. Michael Fassbender is in the X-men movies and the Alien sequels (or prequels or whatever they are). When new actors get to Hollywood there must be a sign at the edge of town that says, "Sorry, full up."

You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.

Was this in KSP1? Or what?

That's a big rocket.
What did you do in KSP2 today?
