  1. I can do VAB next. Figured while flying is probably when you would want the sheet as mousing over the ? can be a pain. A little easier to manage in VAB.
  2. Here is a quick rough screenshot version of the PS4 control mapping. Edit: During flight. Will put up mapping for VAB next.
  3. PS4 After performing an EVA, all staging on the craft collapses into a single stage. I can replicate this bug with every EVA. PS - There are no console versions listed on the bug tracker site. Should we list bugs here?
  4. There is definitely an issue with the time warp controller shortcut. It even lists it as time warp in the controller legend, yet it always does physics warp. Even when you are in space, it is strictly bound to physics warp, which is useless. I imagine this has to be a bug or mistake. I don't know why this wouldn't behave exactly like the warp keys on PC, where if you warp in atmosphere, it is physics warp, but as soon as you are in space, it does time warp. This needs to be fixed asap as it makes it unnecessarily cumbersome. Although custom button mapping would go a long way, I can live with the controls and they are becoming less of a hassle the more time I spend on PS4. The console release (I am playing on PS4) seems pretty solid so far and should be a good window into the wonderful world of KSP for console people. However, they absolutely need to add some Kerbal Engineer like onscreen data for real time Pe and Ap readouts. It is far too complicated to switch to cursor, rotate your map, hover over the Ap or Pe, switch back off cursor to control your ship, switch back, etc to just simply keep tabs on your Pe and Ap while flying. We need to see these two numbers at all times. A full fledged KER integration would be amazing, but for now just those two data points would solve many of my issues with playing KSP with a controller.
  5. Not technically a "mission" but certainly a mishap. Haha http://www.youtube.com/embed/gHaiHAvB9ck
  6. Thanks! It seems so obvious after reading your description. I was burning so much excess fuel just fiddling around with my orbits. I should experiment and perfect my orbits a little more before setting out for the Mun again. Looks like this brilliant game has a great community. Really excited for future updates.
  7. First off, great videos. They helped me out so much and made appreciate the complexities of space flight and orbits so much. Quick orbital mechanics question. If I have an nice circular orbit at 90 degrees like you showed in the video, with my Ap and Pe at 12 and 6 o'clock respectively. How would I go about rotating my Ap to 3 o'clock with my Pe at 9? After getting the hang of basic Kerbin orbit, thanks to your video, I have now naturally set my ambitions for the Mun. A lot of the time after establishing orbit I end up needing to adjust my Ap and Pe so when I increase my orbit with a burn at either end it will intersect the orbit of the Mun at the right place.
