  1. You switch to action groups and then add all your lights one after the other, really simple.
  2. It probably is because the decoupler blocks the line from the upper to the lower tanks. Apart from that, from what's visible in the picture I don't get why you would put a decoupler there.
  3. Who says it would be connected to the outside? You could just have a purely internal chip that just serves the purpose of assisting your brain.
  4. The Titanic was never said to be unsinkable by the manufacturers, they only said it was nearly unsinkable. But really, no ship can survive a several meters long piece of hull being ripped away under the sea level.
  5. Can you explain that? Unless i'm missing something very, very obvious about nuclear fission this is impossible.
  6. If we ever stop using fossil fuels before it's too late, I think (if fusion is not yet ready) we will use fission. Fusion after that for a very long time, and once Humanity doesn't rely on planets anymore, it's gonna be some sort of use-a-stars-entire-energy solar collector deployed in every system that is colonized.
  7. I have to do a presentation about nuclear fusion in my 9th grade physics class. I'm probably the only one in my class who has ever heard more than the term "nuclear fusion" about my topic, that includes the two girls i'm in a group with (that of course means I have to make all the preparations by myself ). The presentation has to be split into three parts: The basic concept of fusion, stellar fusion and fusion reactors. The presentation is just an end-of-the-school-year grade check by our (pretty incompetent) teacher, the class isn't interested in the topic. So, has anybody got an easy explanation of those three topics that the average 14-15 year old can understand and I can base my presentation on? I didn't have much time to write this, hope somebody can help me anyway.
  8. Do you have any Add-Ons? Turning NoScript and Ghostery off made it work for me.
  9. Stock-like mods you say? There's is only one mod that really looks like stock I know of, made by a now-developer, and that's KSPX. Apart from that: Kerbal Crew Manifest, for crew management Kerbal Attachment System, for moving stuff around using cables (and for refueling your craft without docking) Kethane, for mining stuff can't think of more right now, may come back later
  10. How many parts do you have on your craft? Do you have anything else opened? Have you tried lowering the settings?
  11. I found KSP through Chickenkeeper24's YouTube channel. I watched a few of his Minecraft animations, and because I was bored a t the time, I looked at his other videos and found KSP.
  12. Totally wrong, lightning is "Blitz", which is also the origin of "Blitzkrieg" (conquering a nation as fast as lightning). Stuka comes from Sturzkampfflugzeug. "Sturz" means drop (or dive, if seen in this context), "Kampf" is fight and "Flugzeug" is plane. So Stuka is an abbreviation for dive bomber (or dive fighting plane, when translated literally).
  13. There are probably hundreds of designs that fit your description, could you make it more accurate? Also, why don't you just build it yourself? It really isn't that hard once you get the basics.
  14. It may not make the game harder, but it gives you a new challenge (and an actual purpose for making surface bases).
  15. The only female Kerbal concept art I ever thought was really fitting to the current art style was done by this guy. An early sketch by him was already brought up earlier, iirc the only finished drawing he did using that concept was this parody of the Voyager plate: http://imageshack.us/a/img4/7378/kerbalplaque.jpg Edit: didn't notice Ted's reply, sorry for fueling the discussion even more.
