  1. is there any chance RT can go back to accessing/assigning the entire network's connections from within a connected flight? It's getting a bit too-man-clicks frustrating having to return to the tracking station or locate and switch to another vessel just to point one dish temporarily at something else. it was so much more elegant when you could just do it in flight, provided the vessel had a connection
  2. hey thanks for your reply (had never noticed that!) but what I meant was, access to your satellite network while you are controlling an active vessel. Jumping out and returning to the tracking station just to re-target a single dish isn't really any more convenient than switching ships. I remember the old days fondly when you could re-focus any of your dishes (provided they were connected) while you were in control of any active vessel that was connected to that network.
  3. you remember in early RT when you could access the entire relay network and control what was pointing at what without having to switch ships? can you still do that?

  5. "building launchpads from launchpads" (sorry, thought I quoted the post a few posts up that refers to this, but I didnt) I second this. Wont let me so far. Also, any way crew manifest can work with EPL? just in the interests of realism, I dont really like spawning kerbals on other planets, I'd rather build my ships on a foreign planet, and then send only a few larger passanger ships to populate from Kerbin (less big trips). I would like to at least open crew manifest and remove spawned Kerbal from, say, Duna or wherever.
  6. can't launch launchpads from the launchpad. As in, from Mun, I can't load a ship from the EPL that has its own EPL attached. Can we?
  7. I'm getting a null reference every time I try to launch a ship with either drill attached. Anyone else?
  8. thanks for speedy reply. already got fuel connected. ive got my workshop, smelter/miner and launchpad linked with KAS each with their own resources, and the launchpad itself has plenty of all resources for the real simple rockets im building to test it. im assuming tanks with engines are still valid sources of fuel?
  9. got mining working now, so now have a full load of Parts in my launchpad on Mun. but can't load VAB ships with pre-filled (normal) fuel tanks. I started using empty fuel tanks in VAB ship design, which solved the problem, they just need to be filled manually once on the Mun launchpad now. but I can't open my Kethane debugger - has launchpad's MMI_Kethane done this?
  10. thanks, did as you said, but it didnt work. i gotta admit im confused about what goes where to install this one, since everything isn't inside one GameData file. Aaaaanyway.....i did get them to stop exploding, but only by moving everything back to the old file structure, and by not using the Spaces folder - so now i get no portraits, no internals. Have I've missed something fundamental in the install???
  11. trying to dock two soyuz in orbit around Kerbin. switching with square brackets [ ] between the ships instantly destroys whichever ship I am switching to. same thing if I switch back afters. instant explosion. no other mods on. only soviet pack.
