There was nothing new to talk about, what with the lead devs on holiday for the last week. The only thing they missed out that might have been "dev note-ish" was "testing continues. No news on the development front. Harv and Mu are back from holiday!

For there being "nothing new to talk about", then why does this exist?

It exists because a fair number of grown adults were acting like little brats, jumping to false conclusions inside their own echo chamber, and generally throwing a temper tantrum over the PS4 port announcement because they want KSP to remain PC exclusive.

In all seriousness, I hope it soon does. KSP on OSX has more lag and instability than I could imagine. Ples Squad..

Is there a Mac 64-bit version?

Just one more reason (on the pile of them) that I'm glad I don't own anything made by Apple. :cool:

There isn't even a 64-bit Windows version. That was abandoned some time ago. It may get resurrected with the migration to U5, which handles it much better.

The proposition was put forth "There is no dev notes post because there is no information."

This is demonstrated false by the fact that the next day, a large post containing new information was made.

But that's okay. You sure used the opportunity to stick it to those people that might want to express their opinion that they think Squad has made some bad decisions. What right do they have to speak?:rolleyes:

After reading HarvesteR's post, I feel a little better about this. I'm still disheartened by the lack of acknowledgement of OS X issues, and it would be nice if we could get even something along the lines of "We know the OS X version has major issues. We're working on it." I wouldn't say I'm a huge gamer by any stretch, but of the games I do play from time to time, none of them involve anticipating crashes as part of gameplay. When you load a game, you just expect it to work until you're done playing it, and crashes should be few and far between... they should be out of the ordinary. I mean, people have actually built entire mods to help you predict when you're going to crash next, so you can save your game before that point, so this isn't just an OS X issue, but we seem to be hardest hit by it. If I were Squad, dealing with that issue would be first and foremost.

That being said, I think I agree with the general consensus... as long as KSP for PS4 doesn't do to KSP what Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel did to that franchise, then best of luck with it.

A game like this will not sell well on consoles, let's face it. . . The average console gamer just won't be interested.

1. I look forward to playing it on my ps4, so if no one else buys it, at least I can.

2. they have never had a public planned features list. thats the trick to it all, they can do whatever they want.
