Strategy Commitment Calculation error?

Recommended Posts

Edit: derp I'm an idiot: Te payout it shows is AFTER the penalty has been subtracted. adding 284.280 to 71.070 and then dividing that by 71.070 gives me indeed 20%

Never mind :)

Hi there

In my current game of KSP i run the Outsourced R&D strategy at 20% commitment; Which means it takes 20% of the funds earned and converts 12.355 funds to 1 science.

Going to mission control; I currently have an active mission that pays 284.280 funds upon completion; with a 71.070 funds penalty for my strategy.

punching those numbers into my calculator (71070 / 284280) teaches me that's 25% NOT 20% as the strategy implies.

Am I missing something here; or is there an error in the way this strategy's commitment is calculated?
