embed twitch videos

is it possible to embed a twitch video in a post?

I already have the html code for it, but when I try to add it on  a post, the result is just a blank square

You can't use html code on the forums, for obvious security reasons. We'll need to look into the possibility of adding more embed options in the future

btw, I am able to modify the content of posts using F12 and writing html code, probably only harmless stuff, but I thought I should mention it

Doesn`t that just alter your local copy?

honestly I have a very limited knowledge about html and this kind of stuff.

but I've been able to save the stuff I edited using F12.

I think that would only save a local file on your own machine. Nothing to worry about as far as forum security goes.

no you can definitely see the stuff saved in the post, however it was basic stuff, like changing the font. nothing major.

@Sigma88 it automatically blocks javascript and frames, etc.
