Keyboard Issue

Hi all.

 

F.  New guy here.

 

Just started playing and I am adicted. Playing too much actualy.

I can't find a solution to a problem I have. Yes, I did search.

When Playing with the throttle buttons (Lshift and Cntrl) and QWASDZX I get a popup from Windows asking me if I want to active some ergonomic functions.

I answer NO and by then I have overshot watever I was doing and have to relaunch.

There doesn't seem to be a way to tell it to stop killing missions.

 

Any sugestions?

Hi it's me again the Newbie.

 

Stilhaven't a solution but...............

I noticed this time that the damn box appears when I use the L-Shift.

For now I have reprogramed the "Throttle up" button to the "Ù" button.

The "What" button you say?

I use a "Canadian multilingual keyboard". That shouldn't matter.....Really. And there is a "Ù" button between the "L-Shift" and the "Z".

The programming does seem to assume that US keyboards are used exclusively as when I selected the "Ù" button the settup told me that it is the "Backslash".

 

So Still an issue but solved for now.

Hi Martian Emigrant

This is actually not an issue with KSP, but an accessibility feature of Windows for people who have difficulty using keyboards correctly.

If you turn this off it will stop happening.
