You can strut to them but not from them which is odd.

They're like the Hotel California of struts.

♪♫ Struts can check in any time, but they can never leave ♫♪

I was right to predict @Claw's stock bug fixed becoming stock.

Claw himself said that Squad shouldn't fix things the way he did.

Well, it's not exactly that the downloadable fixes are implemented as they are, but having created them, I have a pretty good idea of where to fix them. My comment was aimed at the fact that the code in StockBugFixes shouldn't be lifted and placed directly into stock code (for the most part). Good news is that a fair number of things are getting proper attention (as hinted at in the devnotes).

Yeah, this thing was kind of hard to fly with that bug.

FYI (for those that don't know), this particular bug is currently fixed in StockBugFixes. And as Kasper pointed out, it's already been fixed in this round of KSP updates.

If this extends that limit that's awesome.

Yes, the limit is now extended (by quite a lot)!

Finally I can build carriers again! <3

It was kerbals that tipped me off to what the actual problem was...But yes, the ocean-floor-warp looks like it was an issue any time two splashed craft were touching.

Nice to see some long standing bugs getting the love they have needed for so long.

Figures QA comes to an end once I've finally updated to 1.0.5

I know this feeling.  Finally decided to update to 1.0.5 (after having put it off a month ago because "1.1's gonna be out any day now").  Feels as if me updating was what finally allowed 1.1 to start entering experimentals ;)

a stock option for clamshell fairings

Hurray!

If you use the clamshell mod which I guess works exactly like your fix you cannot hide the base ad the release causes major issues

Why post that kind of info here but not where it could be useful, such as a bug report in the release thread? Users

It is not a bug because they where not designed to do that.. It's more of a missing feature. It is just one of many of the stock fairings inadequacies. I hope Squad plan to do more work on them. Funnily enough it was actually better when clamshells where just a mod as the frag-grenade ones we have now (sometimes) release when the base is hidden. I think we can choose between the two though but I doubt squad will redesign them, it is not high on the 'to do' list which is understandable.

Stop, stop, we are not worthy!

Seriously though, I said it before but you guys listen to your playerbase.
Though don't listen to the ones being given a finger and proceed to take the whole hand.

Keep it up!

IPartMassModifier now applies to part mass as well as display mass

And many thanks are given for this. In saying that, if the current implmentation remains the same, mass scaling (eg. FAR wing strength, tweakscale, ...) could be interesting.
