Move Staging UI and Toolbar

My suggestion is to have the staging icons in flight across the top of the screen (or the bottom), with the fuel gauges hanging off the icons (or sitting above them), rather than vertical on the left hand side as it has always been (since I started playing).

I would like to suggest a toggle in the UI options to return the toolbar to be horizontal at the top.

I envisage that the staging could end up between the timer and the altimeter (as the toolbar might get returned)

Ideally it would leave the centre of the screen free for cinematic recorders :).
