Seriously, this one is so easy. Who among us has not inadvertently quicksaved before unavoidable disaster? It happens. A 2nd quicksave slot mitigates this.

Well that worked out the best way possible looks like

The only problem with Alt-F5 is that it doesn't work retro-actively. If you've never used it, hitting F5 by accident as you're coming down into an unstoppable crash will still ruin your day and possibly your save.

That's why I like Dated Quicksaves, one of Magico13's very useful modlets.

That's why I search for the button from right, it's much safer as alt+F6 does nothing

Reminds me of one of my Jool missions.  I had hit Alt+F4 like 4 or 5 times.

Named quicksaves are good for what they are good at, still is that really a reason not to have the quick quick save to a rotating pool of say ten quicksaves files.

I'm mean other the fact with that many quicksaves in a rotating pool then we'll probably be asking for auto quick saving every 5mins.
