Wheels won't move/turn/etc...

So I just built and shipped a large tanker in my career game. Unfortunately, when I try steering, the wheels will not turn or rotate or anything. It doesn't roll down hills either.

This is on windows in 64x KSP.

The "inside" set of wheels may be trying to spin in the opposite direction of the outside set of wheels -- canceling them out. Can you temporarily disable the motors on the inside set of wheels and see if that makes a difference?

It didn't change anything. I'm gonna try testing it without the inner wheels entirely.

Right-click on a wheel. If it says "Wheel Blocked: Yes" at the top, it means that you clipped something into the wheel (or vice versa); in 1.1 that makes it so that the wheels are just disabled, and don't do anything. Pulling them out from inside the struts might work.

Ah, good point Servo -- and that "sinking into the terrain" effect is another indication that the wheel is blocked from clipping, yes.
