What i never understood and what i can not answer with google searches or with the wiki:

Is there any interaction/interplay, any cash or reputation profit when i use a flag fitting to the agency that offer a contract?

Or are the flags just.. eyecandy?

There is no practical reward to using an angency's flag. Unless you like RPing in which case using flags of the company that ordered the contract can bring moral satisfaction but that's it.

It can also help you to keep track which of your rockets is working towards which contract.
