Umm, the original didn't really mean what the half-quote above implies. 

The quote from Worstward Ho is: "All of old. Nothing else ever. Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better."

The meaning was more along the lines that everything is as it has always been, that nothing changes. That you can try for something new and you will fail always, but it doesn't matter. Which is pretty much the opposite of the inspirational nature of the often used half-quote.

I just realized: On fan-work friday, they bassicaly copied your discreption and changed the it to "So dergrenadier" rather than "So i"

Good point! However, the reinterpreted version is extremely apposite to playing KSP, don't you think?

The three laws of quotes:

1) Every quote is either fake or used in a different context than it was originally.

2) The original context is irrelevant to the actual use.

3) You can always quote yourself.

I struggle with it. It's unnecessarily wordy and, like many "quotes", it's pretentious. 

I think “ليكن ردك على الخسائر بتكرار المحاولة وعدم اليأس” (Karim El-Shazly) says it simply enough.
