A few days ago, I realized that 1.1.2 always broke after 10 minutes in VAB, so I returned to 1.0.4. What I spotted there was lots of mod parts, so I recreated Phoenix Lander. I sent probe to Duna only once, and it lost fuel before getting in orbit, so I landed Phoenix with HyperEdit :D Here are some pics:
