Jool Colonization Challenge

The Ker-prez has tasked you with colonizing the Jool system. He has given you three years, starting at the next transfer window, so get cracking!

Fuel Stations

Easy mode: have three stations orbiting Jool: One in a low orbit, one in a medium orbit, one in a high orbit. Your fuel station must have: at least five hundred units of fuel, a hitchhiker module, and at least five docking points. Worth five points. 

Medium mode: Have five station orbiting Jool, each one at approximately the orbits of: Laythe, Vall, Tylo, Bop, and Pol. Your station has to have at least fifteen hundred units of fuel, a hitchhiker module, a cupola, ten docking ports, and a science lab. Worth ten points.

Hard mode: have thirteen stations in orbit. One orbiting each moon, and for one orbiting near each moon. Also add three stations in low, high and medium orbit.  Each station must have five thousand fuel in it, along with two hitchhikers, a science lab, a cupola, and fifteen docking ports. worth twenty points

Super hard mode: Stations in low, high, and medium orbit of each moon, and stations near the orbit of each moon, and stations in high, low, and medium orbit of Jool. Each station must have ten thousand fuel, along with three hitchikers, two science labs, three cupolas and twenty docking ports. worth thirty-five points

Bases

Easy mode: have a base on each moon that can hold five kerbals, is self-sustaining, and has a cupola. Worth five points.

Medium mode: have a base on each moon that can hold ten kerbals, has a cupola, can create fuel, has a rover bay, and has a built-in ascent vehicle to get in orbit. Worth ten points.

Hard mode: have two bases on each moon that can hold ten kerbals, has a cupola, can create fuel, has a rover bay, has a science lab and has a built-in ascent vehicle to get in orbit. Worth twenty points

Super hard mode: have four bases on each moon: two at the poles and two at the equator. Each base must hold twenty kerbals, have a cupola, can create fuel, has a built-in rocket, has refueling SSTO to refuel orbiting crafts, has a science lab, and has a rover. Worth thirty-five points.

Vehicle

Easy mode: have a vehicle waiting in orbit that can bring five kerbals to Jool and back. This vehicle is allowed to refuel on the way or at Jool. Must have a hitchhiker module. Worth five points

Medium mode: Have a vehicle that can bring ten kerbals to Jool and back. This vehicle is only allowed to refuel at Kerbin. It must have a cupola and two hitchhikers. Worth ten points

Hard mode: have a vehicle that can bring twenty kerbals to Jool and back. It is not allowed to refuel until three round trips. It must have two hitchhikers, a cupola, and a science lab. Worth twenty points 

RULES

Mods allowed: 

SXT, RLA stockalike, Tantares, Stockalike Station Extensions, KAS/KIS, KW rocketry, MechJeb, Mk2/mk3 expansion, all near future mods, HabTech, Kerbal Alarm Clock, ScanSat and KJR.

Banned mods:

HyperEdit, VesselMover, Extraplanetery Launchpads, USI Nuclear Rockets.

So... two cupolas then?

Also requesting permission to use Habtech, Scansat, KJR, and Kerbal Alarm Clock for keeping the 3 year limit.
