Flipped Rover Wheels

I'm attempting to make some basic rover wheels and for some reason they are flipped towards the inside and they don't move the wheels just spin on the spot. Below is an imgur album showing what it looks like in game and what my hierarchy is in Unity. Help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Looking at both images It looks like, for  a start issue that you have used some sort of constraint fx, and it is this that is likely pulling in the wheel, this also leads to me to believe that some of the suspension transforms are not in the proper position, those positions being slightly different than wheels in  pre 1.1 . Your wheel collider is in the wrong place, it should be for best performance at the extreme outer edge of the wheel, along with the suspension transform, moving those out to the correct positions will help resolve some of your issues
