(SOLVED) How to fix VAB camera rotation?

I was in the VAB and I was scrolling through the list of parts, I found out I could drag the list of parts itself to scroll the opposite direction as in the scroll bar on the right, so I went to pan around my ship in the VAB again and I suddenly found I couldn't. I then tried to pan it with two fingers on the touchpad and then it worked. Did I change a setting somehow? How do I change it back?

 

EDIT: Oh hold on I just realized I have been using the arrow keys for panning the screen the entire time I have played this game, and somehow I forgot. I have been taking a break from KSP, plus I'm exhausted (it's almost 11pm at the time of writing) and my brain must be weirding up. Sorry
