Drag Cube calculation cause stuttering in rotating parts

I have this problem for my centrifuge, every second Drag cube is recalculated and cause stuttering

Some suggestion for solve the problem ?

This appears to be an issue with procedural parts

@Badsector,just manually specify drag cube in parts .cfg
