PS4 Version, Where , How

I've just been reading that this is now available on the PS4, no idea how I missed this. 

 

Please please someone, how do I get my little Kerbals from my mac lol to my PS4.

What region are you in? Or rather, its only available currently in the US. They do not have a release date for the other regions, but they will let us know when they do.
