Loading screen hints

KSP often involves loading even if it's just to change from one vessel to another and this time could be made a little useful but giving relevant advice regarding controls of the game such as:

1. In the VAB/SPH, holding shift while clicking on any part of a vessel allows the whole vessel to be moved around
2. In the VAB/SPH, holding alt while clicking on any part of a vessel copies that part and all parts attached to it
3. In the VAB/SPH, holding shift while placing a part or using the translation/rotation adjusters allows snapping to half-increments
4. In map view, right clicking on a marker will cause the information to remain visible until you right click on it again or exit map view

The wording should be changed for clarity of course but there are a lot of useful tips like these that people don't often learn until they've played a long time if at all.

My LoadingTips mod might be able to use those. I know this is for sugestions for the stock game, but it's probably going to be a while, like never before the stock ones got changed, as it would be a nightmare to maintain.
