Prefer blue to purple

Every time I have a tangential intercept (i.e. an optimal transfer) and I try to put a node on the blue line to tweak my upcoming PE, it snaps to purple instead.

It feels like a really easy change to make the click-detector prefer the earliest time under the cursor vs the latest... in the odd case when someone wanted the latest time, they just need to timewarp a bit

This is something that really could use a touch of refinement. I always have this issue, and as recently as last night.

It should be much easier to put a node on the blue line even when the purple is right there.

Yup.  Count me in the "yes please fix this' category too.  Not a game breaker by any means,  but an irritant all the same.

I can't quite be sure from reading the dev notes but I think they may have addressed the general problem of clicking on the blue line, even when the purple one ISN'T nearby. Perhaps that will help here, as well.

Yes, this is a persistent and annoying problem, almost to the point of being a bug.
