Can't download game

Hi all.

Bought the game almost 24 hrs ago at KSP's website and via PayPal. However, at "My Account" there's nothing under the "Products Purchased" area, where it's supposed to be the download link of the game.

Sent a mail to support over 3 hrs ago, explaining this and including both my order ID and a screenshot of PayPal's receipt, but hadn't got an answer other than the auto-response.

So, is there something else I could do? Someone know how much time would be reasonable to wait for a response? Maybe this delay is caused from being from another country (I'm from Chile)?

Hello DarkPraetor, Squad are from Mexico so it's currently very early on a Monday morning for them, and 3 hours ago would have been about 2:45am, so please give them time to arrive at work and check the support emails.

same Problem here but i purchased yesterday and there is no reaction from support so far. Hope to fly soon

Thanks sal_vager. Just neede a lil patience due to hour difference between countries. Received a response from support and started download like 10 mins ago.
