Great! Just updated and my save file has gone.

Cant even begin to describe my disappointment.

Been playing the game for weeks if not months, career going well.  Update comes along so yesterday I install it.  Then play it, with no issues.

Come to play it today and my save file has completely gone.

I can see a 5 KB save file under my xbox profile.  Deleted, as advised, and sync occurred - file returned but with no save game accessible from the menu.

Yeah, if this can't be fixed I'm done.

I do get your frustration, but as PS4 player I would gladly restart my science mode game today if it meant I didn't have to worry about future saves being corrupted.  Then again a big part of my experience has been learning the game, so starting over and doing things 'right' to an extent doesn't sound that bad anyway.
