We usually have such a thread here on the forums too after big updates, but so far, nobody has stepped forward to make one.

Perhaps you could do the honors? Since you're maintaining this list on Reddit, that can be the primary reference, and once a day, you copy/paste the whole shebang over to the forums. That should not be too much work, and in return, you might get people contributing mod updates that you can then implement in your Reddit list too.
