There is no way to make Double Lunch Rocket system (without mods).

Why not use Matt Lowne's crew spaceplanes? They can't get back, but who cares?

I think it should be able to build spaceplane that could takeoff from Eve's surface.

It would have to have an aerospike or vector, both of which are heavy and not very efficient.

I think the unit is liters, as the measures are in meters. Also, if its a one way trip, would it actually need to take off from eve?

Its some kind of mission like: Scientist: We will send first kerbal to Eve!

                                              Journalist: How you will be able to send him back?

                                               Scientist: We will work on it. We should be able to send him home in next 50 years (kerbal years)

Actually Aerospikes are pretty effective for getting a small craft off the surface, or as the upper stage(s) of a larger one.

My plan is to send two more modules it should be able to accomodate 4-8 kerbals
