Kerbal vs Human

How would a single unarmed unarmored 20(kerbal)yr old Kerbal go up against the average 20yr old male Human?

How strong are they? How would we calculate a Kerbal's fighting power?

What would make this fight fair?

Their strongest part is head.
Not that they are suffering under the weight of their intellect, but can you hit the ground with your head at 300 m/s speed, stay alive and continue smiling?
So, they would be good in butting (with horns they would be even more dangerous, and they have Pro Props pack for this).

They have short legs, so unlikely they could run very fast.
They have long gibbonish arms, probably they are good in wrestling.

Another point, often ignored. If you take screenshots and measure, you can see that a sitting Kerbal in a seat or any Kerbal in shoulders has the same size like a human.
They are shorter only when staying on feet, mostly because of short legs.

They have big mouths with ideal white teeth.
The teeth have the same shape and size, without tusks, so probably they are mostly herbivorous.
So, they can't bite as a dog, but could easily crack unprotected nuts as a nutcracker.

Also, as their head is almost a half of their height, and is very solid, a human could only be beating their head with fists getting his hands damaged.
While a Kerbal would firmly hold his legs with hands crushing a thigh with teeth.

Making them a foot sweep is hard, as they should catch your feet and drop you.

Their weakest part is their hivemind. Only one of them can be active at once.
So, while one tough (or expendable) human is wrestling with one Kerbal, his companion could gather moveless Kerbals and put them into a cage.

Kick the Kerbal then run. They're slow as snot on foot. It's why they like rockets so much.

If you want to stick around, then it's anyone's guess. You could pummel the Kerbal and throw them off a tower block and they could survive. Or you could just back away and the Kerbal could trip over an invisible bump and die instantly.

Kerbal beats human at wrestling. Human beats kerbal at arm wrestling. Both protagonists see the futility of fighting and repair to the local cafe for a latte. Later, they open a highly profitable import/export business trading coffee, koffee and other exotic beverages between Earth and Kerbin. The End.

As they have bug eyes, they should be disoriented if they get covered.

As the have big teeth, they should use them to bite. They should be held from closing.

So, an anti-Kerbal melee weapon set:

Mate, they're 95 kilos. You're not punting one.

My guess a pretty high cellular and skeletal density. They could probably peel apart a car with their bare hands like a pop can.

Give them spaghetti. They'll spaz out and turn into spaghetti and go poof to become part of magic boulder.

The Kerbal will head-butt you, leaving you bend over and screaming in anguish.

No. Their weakness is a watermelon with sock-like-tentacles. Along with magic boulder taunting.
