Useable KSC Two?

Nothing too dramatic just a quick little suggestion.

What if we could launch and build craft from the Baikerbanur? Like, if you accidentally destroyed the VAB and have to get this contract done? Or if you wanted to rendezvous a craft in orbit thats closer to that location? You could even incorporate contracts like "Launch this from here" and things like that. You already get a 100% recovery bonus in some areas from there. Squad could even maybe bring back the old SPH! And yes, I know there are mods for this but still!

 

And if somehow this happens, PLEASE don't change the models!

It would be nice to have a little station (just a Hangar) at th edge of the north pole, because the north pole is the closest you can get to a salt-lake on Kerbin to do landspeed records.

It sure is fun to fly my bloodhound there with a cargo-plane but i have to do this over and over again and it's getting tedious.

All you will get from a launch from there is an orbit around Kerbin just like any regular launch, except it will be at an incline. Nothing more, nothing less. It will not increase, or decrease, your oppertunities to go interplanetary.

Still. It would be nice to have alternative launch sites like Baikerbanur and the island.

More (unlockable) KSCs all over the system. As @Physics Student said, moving a vehicle to do stuff on Kerbin's poles is tedious enough. Now imagine you want to build and test a Laythe or Eve jetski.

More launch sites would be great.  They already have plenty of KSC models they could use for the different sites.
