Yes I use Mechjeb. Apollo was launched 100% hands off. In the words of Cronkite, "human hands do not touch the controls unless to abort." That being said, I dock, rendezvous, and land manually.

I've hand-flown every conceivable rocket and aircraft ever since 0.8, but I recently installed MechJeb to automate some of the more mundane tasks. It's nice not to have to fly the same ascent ten times to get a station into orbit, now that i know I can do it. Plus the MechJeb interface reminds me of the Apollo mission computers, especially the SmartASS .
