Does "Return to Kerbin from a Fly by of Duna" mean:

• Enter the Kerbin SOI (Fly by)
• Orbit Kerbin
• Land on Kerbin

Also: How sure are you? Why?

Also, I'm not sure if it has been fixed, but splashing down does not count. Many people have learned that the hard way.

as for if splashing down counts, i cant think of a time where ive ran into it not counting,  so maybe ive been lucky or they fixed that.

I'm guessing it's a mistake, but you really mean Enter the Duna SOI on your first point, right?

Also, you don't need to orbit Kerbin, you can land directly if your vehicle has heat shields and drogue chutes, just make sure your trajectory isn't a straight down impact.

Otherwise, yeah, pretty sure that's it.
