Yeah, we got tired of "Poland can't into space" memes. Well, technically Polish-built scientific instruments went to space many times onboard various satellites and even probes. And of course then-Major Mirosław Hermaszewski went to space onboard Soyuz 30 back in the 70-ties. But we want more :)
