Babylon 5 had some ambitious ship designs for sure. Any of the Shadow ships would certainly be a challenge.

I wonder how far the term organic can stretch in this context. If we ignore the meaning in chemistry of anything composed of carbon, then we are still left with a race that has duplicated human physiology so perfectly that they can produce hybrid offspring with humans and contract human infecting diseases. Basestars and Raiders also seem to have some sort of "bio" neural... something. All I know is, they look like us now.
