Hey guys, I have been looking at getting started with modding, but I don't know where to start. Any help?

"Modding" is a very wide subject. You could be interested in programming, so, creating plugins, then best to start reading the very many help threads in here. Or, you may be about modelling, creating parts, then best to start looking at tutorials here. But you may even start modding by just editing config files, or else. Anyway, moved to Add-on Development being most proper section until you show a specific subsection could be more adequate.

Begin to master 3d editor in which you will modding, I advise Blender3D, it is too simple and clear.
