Keep old Steam versions of KSP as betas

I, as well as other people, sometime stay on one older version to get around needing to update and replace all of my mods, or just if you don't like the new version, etc. Therefore, it would be very convenient if old versions of KSP starting from 1.2 would be saved as downloadable betas in steam, so you wouldn't need to take the game out of the steam library to prevent it from updating.

They already have 1.0.5 and 1.1.3 available.
