Help with M.O.L.E

I have tried everything I know but m.o.l.e is missing most parts no matter what I do and yes I followed the instructions and downloaded dependices

Before anything else: Is the required techs unlocked? (I just f*cked up on that one).

Make a post with link to ksp.log, screenshots of MOLE category i VAB, list of mods and maybe even a savegame in the MOLE thread.
