Gente como se "faz" cfg files? 

Eu gostaria muito de fazer/modificar certas tech trees que eu uso junto com patch principalmente para o procedural parts e procedural farings.

Alguém pode me informar por onde começar???

Se a ideia é só mudar as partes de lugar na tech trees, é bem fácil... só ir em gamedata procurar o mod / parte stock que deseja mudar de lugar, abrir o cfg em bloco de notas e lá vai ter um campo falando a qual node pertence aquela tecnologia.... ai é só alterar para outro node e voalá.
