pls look at this short video.
why the moho and duna relay sats never communicate?

Try cycling the diffent commnet display modes.  There is a "show all connections" selection that might reveal that they are in fact connected.   Presumably the reason youre not seeing connection in your video, is that signal strength is stronger to the other relays and youre viewing the network in "show strongest connections" mode.   

 

Just riffing some ideas.

there are only 2 display modes in the tracking station, on and off.
I dont know.... when eve and moho are in opposition their relays communicate with a green line,
so the shorter distance between moho and duna is almost the same. duna can communicate even with dres, why not with moho?

It's hard to tell because the video is so fast, but it looks like Duna is obstructing your relay when Ike is behind it.
