Helmets

Hey all,

Recently, I decided to make a jeep to use with my BDArmory save.  I ran into an issue: kerbal helmets were just a little too big for the roof.  The heads aren't.  Instead of editing the jeep, I want to take the lazy out: remove the helmets.  I've seen a lot of people use a mod that removes helmets from kerbals on Kerbin, so I would like to know where to find it.  Thanks!

I believe both Texture Replacer and KIS have options to remove helmets when in atmosphere.

Yup. I use Texture replacer. By default, it will automatically remove the helmet in a breathable atmosphere.

@GKSP - if you use KIS you will be able to remove and even add custom helmets like in the video below ... there are also item packs with sunglasses, medieval weapons and I believe I saw something that adds beards and mustaches

I tried KIS, but its not working right.  Ill give texture replacer a go because its automatic.
