Make F3 Flight Results window only apply to launched vessel

I just discovered that everything that is in physics range is registered there, I blew up my perpetuum moile because of physics warp while staying on runway and it went there with topspeed and everything. It would make sense to me to be only applied to launched/loaded vessel and also to keep it throught quicksaves etc.

This is a minor change that wouldn't change much but would be nice
