Create Parts by Modified Codes

Hi, I'm new to Forums,

When i checked the game, I found it can be modded. I installed some mods and 2 days ago, i got knew, we can change Codes of Mod parts, which is legal. I changed a few codes, later I was inspired by a mod to make a condenser. I copied Fuel cell codes and modified it, at start i combined Adjustable Ramp Intake (Radial), but it failed, now i want new parts, from stock part, no matter the textures as i may take it from Stock. I copied Fuel Cell codes, Modified it to convert EC and IntakeAir to Oxidizer. Plz help, it is not in list, I tried texture for Ramp Intake but now just the Original, Plz help, I'm poor in Coding (just passed 8 class, now 9) I need Help to make fuel cell-alike part to produce Oxidizer. Thanks

Is it Legal. If so plz help me how to code by guide or provide the code.
