Need: A Mod to remove the pityful Logo on Monoliths

Hello.

I just came over a Monolith recently and was disturbed (and immersion was killed) by the pityful Logo displayed on them.[the ape that seriously laughs at us]

Is there a mod to Change the Texture to a non advertisement one (or remove the Monilithes at all) ?

I have no idea where one ours find the textures for said monoliths... I looked and didn't find anything. You could probably get away with editing the texture in something like GIMP

If that bugs you hope you never find the Tranquility Base monument.

Who do you think put the monoliths there in the first place? Little green men?

I'm not saying it was aliens, but they certainly aren't a natural feature!

The texture will be locked away in the code of the game and won't be accessible by normal means.  It would be like changing the texture of KSC buildings.

this is awful.well self advertisement is no prob at all if it were a more errrr subtle form,currently it feels like getting liquided at.

Personally, I just ignore the monoliths. Only the green monoliths matter in career mode. Otherwise, the normal monoliths are just Easter Eggs you can look for if you want. They serve little purpose beyond that. Though I do admit that I find the SQUAD logo to be mildly irritating for some reason. (I don't hate monkeys, but I'm not a fan of them, either.)
