What Song is in the background of this video?

I sigh to admit it but occasionally I watch some of Markiplier's videos... that said, there was the music in one he used in the background that I'd like to know of.

Anyone know? Any ideas? Leads?

He doesn't mention it at all in his description which if it's royalty free might be grounds for copyright strike.

It's really bugging me because I'm pretty sure I've heard it somewhere before this... but I can't think of where...
